Highly efficient individually controlled flower flame burners offer 32,500 BTU/hr. (per burner). Removable pan supports facilitate cleaning and provide easy access to burner components. Full width crumb tray captures overflow and debris.

Designed to be compact and capacious at the same time the EM Series Open Gas Burner Range with Static Oven provides even cooking throughout for perfect browning and excellent results. Temperature controlled by a thermostat ranging from 158ºF to 590ºF. Flame failure device protects against accidental extinguishing of flame.

The EM Series Gas French Top offers maximum versatility with its large cooking surface and powerful control burner beneath the cooking surface. The recessed heavy-duty cast iron plate allows for pots and pans to be moved across the surface without lifting. Cooking surface has different heating zones ranging from 950ºF at the center to 390ºF at the outer edge.
