WATER TREATMENT
™
The Kleensteam II™ total water treatment system delivers high-quality, filtered water with scale inhibition and deliming capabilities for steam applications. It reduces scale build-up and chlorine-induced corrosion, abrasion and clogging.
The system’s dual cartridge design provides enhanced performance for low-flow or high- flow capacity steamers and finely filters incoming water to achieve the benefits below. Kleensteam’s sophisticated HydroblendTM compound prevents limescale formation in high-temperature steam applications. Its long- lasting SS-10 scale inhibitor cartridge is extremely effective in higher alkalinity/ hardness/TDS/temperature installations.
The system is simple to install, operate and maintain. Deliming is particularly easy with Everpure ScaleKleen™ which is fed directly into the boiler through the SR-X bowl without the use of hazardous chemicals or special piping.

• Improves energy efficiency, thus lowering energy-related costs
The MRS600-HE-II high-efficiency, high- output configurable system produces pure reverse osmosis (RO) water or blended (reduced dissolved mineral) filtered water for multiple foodservice applications, allowing for custom tailoring of final total dissolved solids (TDS) content. A conventional RO system (20% recovery) can require 5 volumes of water to produce 1 volume of RO water that can be dispensed. The remaining four volumes are discharged to a drain. With 78% recovery, the MRS-600HE- II discharges only a small fraction of the total volume, thus reversing the ratio of waste-to- product water relationship.
The MRS-600HE-II features:
• Quick, easy inlet and outlet connection to distribution piping
• Inlet boost pump increases supply pressure for consistent water production
• Permeate boost pump reduces pressure on RO membrane and maximizes system
output and efficiency
• Microprocessor-based control with digital display
• Triple bank of pre-filtration cartridges reduces sediment, oxidizers and scale
• Dual post-filtration removes sediment, off-tastes and odors
• RO cartridge delivers 2-times the daily production of conventional RO membranes

Protect your equipment investment, save energy and find the right water quality balance to capture the specific taste profile you desire with Claris XXL.
• Features 5-stage filtration: - Prefiltration - Carbonate hardness adjustment - Fine filtration
- Solid membrane filter removes particles down to 5 microns
• Consistency – DUOBLENDTM bypass valve technology ensures a consistent and
precise carbonate hardness level
• Excellent contaminant reduction, including scale-causing carbonate hardness, protects
heating elements and boilers, along with temperature probes, valves, solenoids and piping
• Adds nothing to the water – The Claris softens without salt. Nothing is added to the
water, there’s no salt required, and no salt or water is sent to the drain.
• NSF Certified for NSF/ANSI Standard 42
