To extend the useful life of frying oil and do more with less requires frequent filtering. The ENERGY STAR® rated Evolution Elite series gas fryers come with Smart Filter Express to do the filtering. This built-in filtration system enables operators to filter the frying oil in less than 4 minutes.
The Evolution Elite also comes equipped with a sensor-activated Oil Guardian™ which monitors the fryer’s oil level and automatically replenishes cooking oil as needed.
Henny Penny also added iControl to the Evolution Elite series. The iControl monitors fryer activity and provides data for making better
