XLT's new Oven/Hood Combination is a revolution in the pizza business. Operators can now purchase a conveyor oven and a hood designed to go together as an integrated system. The patented design allows for the lowest exhaust rates in the industry for gas conveyor ovens. This performance translates into a cooler kitchen, allowing for a more efficient store and comfortable employees.


The XLT oven/hood combination continues to bake fast, offering lower utility costs, reduced noise, captured and contained heat and effluents, and a fire suppression system. XLT products are also factory delivered and installed.


XLT ovens and hoods are easy to clean, bake great, and are made of #304 18-gauge American stainless steel.


 


Harnessing the same energy used in wood- fired ovens, the QII Deck bakes with patented high energy gas infrared to deliver crisp, golden crusts – time after time. The QII Deck is the only gas/electric conveyor oven that does not use impingement or convection to force hot air over your products. Finally, a deck oven bake in a conveyor oven.

Quiet Fire gas burners provide the ultimate in combustion with a perfect balance between gas and combustion air. The resulting flame is pure and efficient with lower CO2 emissions and provides up to 35% in fuel savings. This simple smart design provides a much quieter operation while heat transfer and bake speed are improved.


XLT ovens use vertical streams of hot air from pairs of tapered ducts blowing directly on a stainless conveyor belt. These ducts are configurable and adjustable to cook products evenly and quickly. Cook times are adjusted by digital conveyor and temperature controls.
