The new Hydrovection offers one-touch cooking. Cook modes provide low or high humidity and hot air for baking and pastries. Four-speed auto reversing fan ensures even bake. Standard depth baking compartment accepts five 18" x 26" full-size baking pans in left-to-right positions on 5 racks with 10 rack positions. This full-size gas oven features simultaneous split door operation with catch- latch system, dual pane tempered glass viewing window with hinged inner glass and a retractable hand shower for easy cleaning.
