The Wolf Achiever ASA Series Griddle offers the casual dining and independent restaurant operator durability and consistent cooking performance. All ASA units feature snap- action control that is embedded in the 1" thick carbon steel plate. Manual ignition is standard, as are the 200ºF - 550ºF thermostats. It can take the heat, moisture, and grease common in a busy kitchen. The low-profile chassis design makes the ASA griddle the perfect choice for mounting on refrigerated bases – providing a comfortable working height. ASA design does not require electrical connection.

These countertop Gas griddles come in three sizes: 24", 36" and 48" wide; all are 30" deep. All come standard with 3⁄ 4" thick, hot rolled, steel plates. Three sided splash guards are top welded to griddle plate. On/off control valves provide an infinite range of heat adjustments.
