32nd Edition FO
Gas conveyor broilers provide consistent, high-volume, automated food preparation. Commonly found in quick service chain restaurants, universities, theme parks and sport stadiums, conveyor broilers cook the top and bottom of products simultaneously. Food is placed in pans or directly on a metal conveyor belt that moves it through the cooking chamber.
Conveyor broilers have one to four belts with burners installed over and under the belts. Each belt’s speed is individually regulated. Products of different sizes and densities can be cooked at the same time simply by selecting the appropriate belt. Foods require no turning and minimal handling.
Conveyor broilers are available in flow through models (loaded at one end, unloaded at the other) and return flow models (loaded and unloaded from the same side). Some models can be equipped with bun or bread toasters for added convenience and efficiency.
The Autobroil Omni™ is the most compact, versatile and efficient way to broil and/or bake on the market today. These models insure consistent cooked-to-perfection product time after time, with minimal labor and energy output. Conveyorized automation and heat radiation from the top and bottom within the cooking chamber eliminate the need to tum food while cooking. These heat sources heat only the food products rather than the surrounding air, insuring that the food does not dry out.
