GAS PATIO HEATERS & TORCHES
Gas-fired patio heaters can turn patios into profit centers and extend the alfresco dining season in most climates. They can raise outside temperatures 10 to 30 degrees making it easy to create a comfort-controlled environment for guests to enjoy.
Gas patio heaters are available in two distinctive styles: freestanding models and mounted units.
Freestanding patio heaters are typically seven to nine feet in height and feature an umbrella shaped reflector that protects the burner and radiates approximately a ten foot circle of warmth down toward the customers. When multiple patio heaters are used, spacing of eight to fifteen feet is recommended depending on the climate. They can be moved to any area where heat is needed and easily stored.
Mounted patio heaters are usually installed permanently at a 0° to 30°‚ angle on a ceiling, wall or post. Housed in a low profile rectangular cabinet, highly efficient gas infrared burners emit heat in a fixed single directional flow with an effective range of about 14 to 18 feet. They are frequently installed on the perimeter of an outdoor dining area in order to send a cross fire of heat to warm diners.
To further enhance the ambiance of outdoor environments, many foodservice operators are going beyond standard tiki torches and adding high quality torches. Many of their creative new designs make them works of art. They also make for great conversation pieces as guests linger longer in the evening or early morning hours. And the longer customers stay, the better your profit picture.
Patio Comfort outdoor natural gas patio heaters are designed and crafted to bring warmth, comfort, safety, convenience and enjoyment to your outdoor events. The clean, efficient, and draft-free infrared radiant heat feels just like the sun warming people and objects, while not wasting valuable energy trying to heat air.
Only Patio Comfort NG heaters come equipped with a 12 foot steel-lined CSA Approved hose and two couplers (one at the appliance and one at the gas source). Patio Comfort heaters are made of the finest materials: series #304 stainless steel in our stainless steel units, and powder coated, galvanized steel in our painted units. All fasteners, burners, and emitter grids are heavy-duty stainless steel. Our units are CSA Approved and we provide complete parts and technical support, Patio Comfort heaters are available on patio base mounts or permanent in ground mounts.
