Procedure: Heat phase A to 80°C. Stir phase C and dissolve Sepimax Zen and heat to 80°C. Under mixing add phase B in phase A and disperse well. Add phase C to A/B and homogenize well. Add phase D to A/B/C and homogenize till smooth emulsion. Cool down under stirring. Add Phase E at 35°C. Short time of homogenization. Stop stirring and cooling at 30°C. Check pH and add phase F to pH set-point of 6.0 – 6.5. Pour into an appropriate container.

Procedure: Combine Phase B ingredients and mix until homogeneous, milling if necessary. Combine Phase A ingredients in a vessel. Heat to 80 -85 °C and mix until uniform. Once homogenous, add Phase B to Phase A and mix. Pour into containers at approximately 80 °C and cool. Properties: Stability Information: Three months at 45 °C, three months at room temperature, three freeze/thaw cycles.

Procedure: Phase A: Premix Glycerin and Xanthan Gum add into mixing vessel with water. Add remaining phase A ingredients. Phase B: In separate vessel combine Phase B ingredients while homogenizing until the phase is smooth, creamy. Switch to standard mixing then slowly add phase A to Phase B while mixing until the Phase AB is uniform. Add Phase C mix well until the product is free from any lumps. Add Phase D one at the time until its uniform. Properties: Appearance: Light beige colour cream; pH: 5.5 - 7.0; Viscosity**: 21000 – 30000 cP; Stability: 3 months @ RT, 40°C , 1 month @ 50°C *Measured after 24 hours
