Procedure: Phase A: Mix and melt all ingredients except fragrance with moderate mixing. Once blend is completely homogeneous, cool to 85°C and add fragrance. Continue to mix until room temperature. Pump/Pour into containers. Properties: Stability: Three months at 50 °C, three months at room temperature, three freeze/thaw cycles.

Procedure: Heat ingredients of phase A at 80°C while mixing at 300 rpm. Neutralize with AMP-ULTRA™ PC 2000 under agitation. Heat ingredients of phase C at 80°C under stirring. Emulsify C into AB at 800 rpm for 5 minutes. Let the mixture cool down under gentle agitation (300 rpm). At 30°C, add phase D. Properties: Appearance: Shiny white cream; pH: 6.8-7.0; Stability: 2 months at room temperature and 45°C; Viscosity: 70,000 cP (Brookfield RVDV-IIT, spindle 6, 6 rpm, 1 min, 20°C)

Procedure: Weight and mix together ingredient of phase A under tooth propeller. Once phase A is homogeneous, sprinkle ingredient of phase B. Start heating phase AB to 90°C under stirring 500rpm. Once it is at 90°C, let under stirring for 510min until the mix is homogeneous and clear/transparent. Add phase C and poor in final packaging directly after addition of perfume at 90°C. Procedure: Charge phase A DI water into main kettle, begin propellor agitation, slowly sift in Prebiulin C90, begin heating to 80-85°C. Add remaining phase A ingredients. Into a side kettle, charge phase B begin heating to 80-85°C. Once both phases are at 80-85°C, charge phase B into phase A. Begin homogenizing for 5 minutes. Slowly sift in powders, disperse until uniform. Begin Slow sweep mixing and cool to 40-45°C. Add Phase D ingredients individually, ensuring each is uniform before the next addition. With batch at 40°C or less, add Phase E and mix until homogenous. Add phase F with sweep mixing, mix until uniform. Submit to QC and add citric acid as directed to meet pH 5.5-6.5
