113. cumulative urinary excretion curve Plot of the cumulative amount of drug excreted into urine versus time upon administration of a drug.
114. curvature Within linear regression, the manifestation of a nonlinear (i.e., curvilinear) response versus concentration profile within a given concentration range for a quantitative bioanalytical method. From a statistical approach, curvature is the rate at which the slope changes. It is the second derivative of any function; for a straight line, the second derivative is ‘0’, for a quadratic regression model (also a linear function), the rate is positive or negative.
115. cut point The value at, or above, which instrument response is considered positive and below which response is considered negative (in an anti-drug antibody/immunogenicity assay).
