Whether you decide to relax in the ground-floor café-bar and bistro with breakfast or a delectable afternoon tea, take in stunning panoramic views while sampling lunch on the roof terrace, or enjoy an elegant evening meal in the luxurious first-floor restaurant, you’ll be lost for words. Go for the latter and you’ll enjoy wonderfully crafted, locally sourced dishes from head chef Sam’s seasonal menus. Think moreish starters such as seared scallops with crispy pork belly, Granny Smith purée and honeycomb – sure to tempt you – and delectable mains like succulent corn-fed chicken ballotine with chicken and mushroom pie, Mont d’Or mash, cavolo nero, smoked sausage and Chantenay carrots. For dessert, expect the likes of melt-in- the-mouth chocolate and black cherry fondant with dark cherry jelly, vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.


With an extensive selection of wines to choose from and some delightful amuse-bouches served between courses, every element of our meal was an absolute dream, creating a gastronomic experience to be savoured and remembered.
