LITTLE STAR CREATIONS LAUNCHED
Holland Publishing has announced
the launch of Little Star Creations,
a new children’s publishing busi-
ness. The new imprint will focus
on licensed character product and
has already signed key licenses in-
cluding Bang on the Door’s Groovy
Chick. Holland Publishing has also
achieved FSC (Forest Stewardship
Council) certification.
Aimed at children aged 2-9, Little
Star Creations will specialise in
FSC certified children’s publishing
and other associated product in-
cluding gift height charts and chil-
dren’s headphones. The licensed
Groovy Chick range is the first
major launch for Little Star Crea-
tions and the complete range of
publishing product will be made
from forest friendly FSC certified
paper. Other licenses signed to
date include Dora the Explorer,
Pet Poets Club, Peppa Pig and Mr.
Men and there are several other
pending agreements.
OMG’S FULL CIRCLE TO OPERATE INDEPENDENTLY
RDF Media Group and the Omnicom Media Group (OMG) have announced that OMG’s Full Circle Entertainment (FCE),
led by CEO Robert Riesenberg, will operate as an independent entity under the RDF Media USA umbrella. This is part
of a new venture to create, develop and produce content tailored to meet the needs of advertisers and the broadcast,
cable and digital communities.
The venture will create client-driven programming opportunities that merge brand messaging with compelling storytell-
ing. RDF/FCE will serve as OMG’s primary content development partner, and will work closely with the community at
large in four areas: connecting advertisers to programming; creating new TV production models; connecting brands to
personalities; and distributing brand messages worldwide.
