Procedure: Prepare phase A. Heat phases A and C at 75°C. Add B into A under medium stirring and increase to the maximum for 5 min (rotor stator homogenizer). Add C into AB under maximum stirring during 5 min (rotor stator homogenizer). Cool down the formula below 40°C. Add D (ingredients one by one) and E. Procedure: Heat water up to 40°C. Pre-disperse xanthan gum in glycerin and add to the water. Heat phase B at 86°C. When phase A and B reach 75°C temperature add phase B into A whilst stirring. Homogenize using Ultra Turrax (3 min at 10 000 rpm). Add after emulsification process phase C slowly and mix well. Allow to cool down whilst stirring moderately. Add phase D below 45 ° C. Properties: Black pasty emulsion. pH= 6.5
