Procedure: Mix together the components of Phase A and heat, stirring occasionally until a homogenous lotion is formed. Add Phase B to Phase A at room temperature and transfer to an overhead mixer fitted with a propeller blade. Mix on approximately 1000rpm for 1-2 minutes until a smooth, shiny cream is formed. Add Phase C and stir well.

Procedure: Mix ingredients of phase A together and heat to 65°C while stirring. Add Xanthan Gum once other ingredients are dispersed in water. Mix pigments of phase B together and add to phase A. Mix ingredients of phase C together and heat to 65°C. Add phase C to phase AB. Cool down to 40°C. Add phase D ingredient to phase ABC. Mix for an additional 5 minutes under high shear.

Procedure: At RT, in the main beaker, disperse phase B in water and homomix for 1h until the gel is smooth. Once uniform, add Phase C and mix for at least 30 minutes. At RT, premix Phase D, add to the main beaker and mix until uniform. At RT, add Phase E and mix 5 to 10 minutes. Change device for a propeller and fully immerse it in the gel. At RT, premix Phase F and add to the main beaker very slowly step by step, gently mixing at 70-90 rpm. At RT, premix Phase G and add to the main beaker very slowly step by step, gently mixing at 70-90 rpm. At RT, add Phase H and disperse beads gently in the gel until evenly dispersed.
