Test method In this test, samples were randomly applied to the left and right sides of the face, and the test results before and after application were compared. The single blind test is adopted, and the instruments were used to repeat the test for three times. Participants used two pumps (approximately


0.5 g) twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening, for 56 days. During this period, other skin care products with anti-wrinkle and firming effects were discontinued. The anti-wrinkle and firming efficacy of 3% Bifida Ferment Lysate Serum was examined by Skin Ultrasound, VISIA, and visual observation by dermatologists before (0 days), 14 days, and 28 days after use.


Data analysis Universal and representative pictures were selected for group comparison in both in vitro and clinical tests. In the clinical tests, the SPSS Statistics 27 was used for statistical analysis, and GraphPad Prism 7.04 was used for drawing. staining were analyzed by Image J software for the total fluorescence intensity of at least three fluorescent pictures. The significant difference between the samples compared with the control group was calculated by TTest method according to the formula mentioned above. Results Improvement in overall cell viability It can be seen in Figure 2 that compared with P7 at 24, 48 and 72h, the OD value tested by UVA-P7 decreased, and the cell viability decreased to 67.65%, 58.19% and 63.40% respectively, with the largest difference at 48 hours. In contrast, Bifida Ferment Lysate, at


concentrations ranging from 0.01% to 3%, resulted in UVA-P7 activity increasing dose- dependently at 24, 48, and 72h when treated synchronously. The enhancement rates at 3% reached 132.42%, 300.39%, and 319.35%, respectively, which were significantly different. At the concentration of 0.3%, the tested OD value was equivalent to that of P7.

This indicates that the COL I expression in UVA-P7 was significantly lower than that of in P7, suggesting a higher degree of cellular senescence in UVA-P7. at concentrations ranging from 0.078% to 1.25%, the intensity of red fluorescence in UVA-P7 significantly increased. The total fluorescence intensity significantly increased at 0.078% and maximized at 0.625% to1.25% concentration, with the enhancement rate of 843.93%, indicating that the 0.078% to 1.25% concentration of Bifida Ferment Lysate can significantly promote the expression of COL I in UVA-P7.
