Halilit


Halilit will have lots of new toys on its colourful stand, covering the nursery, pre-school, musical, construction and educational sectors. Items include the Take-To-Play Baby Gym from Taf Toys, My First Letters from Scotchi, and the re-usable Imaginabox Car kit.


Visitors to Toy Fair can view some new additions to Haba’s traditional wooden and soft toy portfolio as well as a whole host of new play worlds. Key items include the My First Noah’s Ark, Spare Ribs, Lennja and Elin plush, and Little Red Riding Hood puppets.


For outdoor, Plum Products will be extending its trampoline range. The Plum Premium range has been extended to include Premium Wooden Football Goals, available in two sizes. Plum will also be presenting the developments to its indoor range.


Krinklies is a new construction toy. Its basic element, a Krinklie, is a 5cm-long plastic concertina tube which can be pulled out and bent into curves, circles, spirals or almost any shape. Krinklies can then be joined together so as to make all sorts of models. A box contains 200 Krinklies in fi ve colours and are re-usable. Instructions, and all the materials and tools required are provided. It is suitable for boys and girls from the age of 8.


Schleich


As Playmobil celebrates its 40th anniversary, key new ranges include Asian Dragon Land, Construction, Shopping Centre, Camping and an expansive 40th Anniversary selection. With over 182 new products on offer, 2014 is set to be Playmobil’s biggest year yet.


The complete ranges of collectible fi gures and playsets from the Schleich lines of History, Nature and Fantasy, together with brand new licensed collections (Peanuts, Smurfs) will be on show at Toy Fair.


The Dress Up by Design costume collection, by Travis Designs, is a range of non-character fancy dress for ages three months to 12 years. The Travis brand is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year and has 10 styles on special offer to celebrate, along with new costumes on show.


Thames and Kosmos will launch 40 new kits in the 2014 catalogue, in addition to 56 existing kits. The new Spark range is a 12-piece range of pocket-money blister packs that cover subjects from growing crystal animals to making your own gyroscope. The second and third ranges take on various subjects from yarn-storming to making a slime clock.
