• One aim of this textbook is to introduce students to the operations of a hotel and other accommodation establishments by focusing on the duties of a receptionist and the front office environment.
• Tis textbook hopes to assist lecturers and students at institutions offering the National Certificate N6 in Tourism to obtain excellent results for the subject Hotel Reception N6 by providing a textbook that is written according to the exact outcomes of the syllabus and includes activities and revision questions based on previous national exam question papers as set by the Department of Higher Education and Training.
