A CDM, CFPP may explore a food court concept and its related menu implications. Or a facility may have an opportunity to build a group dining area, where table delivery service is an option. The menu needs to change accordingly.
Service Revisions
Sometimes a CDM, CFPP faces the need to develop new services or serve new clients. In addition, mergers and acquisitions may present new requirements to serve remote facilities. Integrating service changes with existing schemes may provide cause for re-evaluation of the menu as a whole and all related coordination issues.
