Procedure: Heat A at 80°C under emulsifier 2500rpm and maintain agitation for 15 minutes. Add B mixture under emulsifier 2500 rpm for 10 minutes. Add C under emulsifier 2500 rpm for 5 minutes. Add D under emulsifier 2500 rpm for 5 minutes. Add E under emulsifier 2500 rpm for 5 minutes. Heat F at 80°C. Before emulsifying, add phase G ingredients. Emulsify FG in ABCDE under emulsifier 2500 rpm for 15 minutes. Cool down to 35°C under gentle agitation. Add H materials under gentle agitation for 15 minutes. Properties: pH = 5.8 Microscopic aspect : Fine, tight emulsion, speckled with a few small globules Stable for one month at RT, 45°C, 55°C, cycles and 4°C.

Procedure: Phase A : Heat up to 85°C under stirring. Phase B : Pre-mix then add it to phase A and stir for 15 minutes at 85°C until homogeneous. Phase C : Heat up to 85°C under stirring until homogeneous then add it to phase AB and stir until homogeneous. Allow to cool down to 60°C. Phase D : Stir until homogeneous then add it to phase ABC and homogenize. Phase E : Heat up to 60°C under stirring until dissolved. Phase F : Add to phase E, homogenize then add it to phase ABCD and homogenize. Phase G : Stir until dissolved then add it to phase ABCDEF and homogenize. Phase H : Add to phase ABCDEFG and homogenize. Supplement in water, homogenize then adjust pH to 5,5-6,5. Pour into suited containers at 65°C.
