Procedure: Disperse Jaguar® C500 STD in water. Decrease pH down to pH 5 with citric acid solution for guar hydration. Add Mackam® CBS-50G and Rhodapex® ES- 2/K. Add Mirasheen® Star, sodium chloride, preservative and fragrance. Adjust pH to 5.0 - 6.0 with citric acid solution

Procedure: Phase A: Mix Extrapone Cucumber CL, Glycerin and Water. Sprinkle Carbopo® Ultrez 21 on the surface and let it swell without stirring. Then, start stirring (5 minutes). Phase B: Adjust the pH with Phase B to obtain pH=6. Phase C: Blend Phase C and add it slowly to the batch.

Procedure: Sequentially combine phase A ingredients with mixing. Combine phase B ingredients and disperse into phase A. Then heat to 85° C. Combine phase C ingredients and heat to 85-90° C while mixing. Slowly emulsify phase C into phase AB while stirring and homogenize with a Silverson/Ultra Turrax at 1000 rpm for 2 minutes. Allow to cool to 40°C with prop mixing before adding phase D ingredients. Properties: Stability: Stable at least 2 months at 4° C, 25° C and 40°C.
