Procedure: Heat phase A to 40°C, add A2 under agitation and heat to 75°C. Heat phase B under agitation also to 75°C. At 75°C pour phase B into phase A under homogenization. Cool down under agitation. Add PolyFructol Plus oP under agitation into phase A / B below 40°C. Add phase D under agitation into phase A / B / C below 35°C. If necessary, adjust pH to 5.0-5.5 using Citric Acid.

Procedure: Weigh Part A and mix with normal helix stirring. Weigh and mix Part B. Pour Part B into Part A with normal helix stirring for one hour. Activate the Part A+B with a strong mixing during 1 min. Weigh Part C. Add Part C into Part A+B, stir well. Heat Part A+B+C to 75°C in bain-marie. Weigh and heat Part D to 75°C in bain-marie. Weigh and add Part E to Part D well before creating the emulsion. Add Part D+E to the previous part, stir well with rapid rotor stator stirring (s=1300 rpm). Weigh and mix Part F. Add Part F to the previous part at around 45°C, mix well. Weigh and add Part G, to the previous part, mix well. Weigh and add Part H, to the previous part, mix well. Weigh and add Part I, to the previous part, mix well. Properties: Appearance: Beige opaque cream; pH: 5.80 ± 0.5; Viscosity: 70.000 cps ± 10% Sp.93, 2.5rpm, 1 min, 25°C, Brookfield DV-I Prime Stability: 3 months at 4°C, 25°C, 45°C and 1 month at 50°C Centrifuge 10min @ 3000rpm and 1 x -80ºC/+25ºC 24 hours freeze-thaw cycle and autoclave 20min @120°C
