Procedure: Mix ingredients of Phase A. Add FLOCARE™ SK410 (Phase B) and mix until homogeneous. In a separate beaker, mix Phase C ingredients and add to the main batch under mixing. Mix until uniform. Adjust to pH 5.5 – 6.5

Procedure: Add Jeethix T to the water, mix well until completely hydrated. Add remaining ingredients of Phase A. Heat to 70°C. Combine Phase B ingredients and heat to 70°C. Add Phase B to Phase A, mix well. Homogenize for 3 minutes. Cool batch to 40°C. Add Phase C ingredients, mix until uniform.

Procedure: Sequence a c preparation. In an auxiallry container add sequence A . Agitate (homogenizer at 1000 rpm and warm to 25-30°C). Add sequence B and agitate (homogenizer at 1000 rpm) for 5 minutes. Premix sequence C. Immediately add sequence C .Agitate (homogenizer at 1000 rpm) for 5-7 minutes. Agitate (homogenizer at 1000 rpm) and heat to 70-73°C. Sequence D preparation. Iin primary container add sequence D. Heat to 70-73°C until free of solids. Agitate (magnetic bar or propeller ) for 5-7 minutes or until uniform. Emuslification. Agitate (homogenizer at 3000 rpm ) sequence D (70-73°C) and add sequence a c (70-73°C). Agitate (avoid air entrapment) (homogenizer at 3000 5000 rpm) sequence A-D (70 73°C) for 10 minutes. Stop homogenizer Agitate (u bar mixer) for 20 minutes to obtain bulk turn over. Agitate (u bar mixer) sequence A-D (70-73°C) to obtain bulk turn over and cool to 45-50°C and add. Sequence E. Agitate (u bar mixer) sequence A-E (45-50°C) for 20 minutes to obtain bulk turn over and cool to 30-32°C.

Procedure: While heating the water to 75°C, slowly add the VEEGUM® Ultra or VEEGUM EZ and VANZAN® NF sequentially or as a dry blend to the water agitated at maximum available shear. Mix until fully hydrated. Add the remaining water phase ingredients from Part B, mixing until uniform. Maintain the water phase at 75°C. Blend the Part C oil phase ingredients and heat to 75°C. Add the oil phase to the water phase with good agitation; mix until uniform. Cool while mixing. Add the Part D and Part E ingredients when the emulsion is <40°C. Adjust as necessary to pH 3.8 ± 0.2.
