Procedure: Combine ingredients 1 – 2 and mix until uniform. In a separate vessel, combine ingredients 3 – 4 as a premix. Add the premix to the primary vessel and mix for 30 minutes or until completely hydrated. Add ingredient 5. Slowly add ingredients 6 – 7 and continue mixing until well dispersed. Add ingredients 8 – 10. Continue mixing until uniform. Properties: Appearance: Opaque, white paste pH (10%): 7.0 – 8.0 Viscosity: (T-F, 1.5 rpm) > 500,000 cP

Procedure: Mix first two phase A ingredients at 70°C using a propeller agitator. Once uniform, add Triethanolamine. Mix phase B ingredients. Add to phase A. Mix phase C ingredients at 70°C until solution is clear. Slowly add phase C into phase AB at 70°C and 500 rpm. Mix for five minutes at 70°C. Add phase D ingredients to phase ABC and continue mixing for two minutes. Under gentle paddle or hand mixing, cool the mixture below 50°C. Add phase E ingredient to phase ABCD and continue mixing for two minutes.

Procedure: Combine Phase A and mix until uniform. Add Phase B to Phase A with Silverson homogenizer and mix for 5 minutes. Combine Phase C and mix until dissolved. Add Phase C to Phase A/B slowly a little at a time, ensuring uniform mixing in between addition of more, using a Silverson homogenizer. Continue mixing for 5-10 minutes after the entire phase has been added. Properties: Appearance: Tan cream

Procedure: Phase A: (75-80°C) Disperse Prebiulin C90 into the water while heating to 75-80°C. When clear gel is obtained keep mixing 30 minutes. Phase A: (RT) Cool down to RT. Phase A ,B: (RT) Add remainings ingredients of A one by one. Add a little A to premixed B. Mix it well and add to the rest of A. Mix till homogenious. Phase A ,B: (RT) Adjust pH to 4.5-5.0.
