Procedure: Combine Bestoil Violet BA and Finsolv® TN (phase A) and allow to mix for 30 minutes with magnetic stirrer. Allow to stand, ideally overnight, to allow the color to fully disperse. Weigh out phase B then mix in food mixer using paddle attachment (in fume cupboard). Combine phase C ingredients then add to phase B while food mixer is running. Add Bestoil Violet BA and Finsolv® TN pre-mix (phase A) while food mixer is running. Note - it may be necessary to stop the motor and scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl with a spatula periodically during addition of liquids. Once all the liquids have been added stop the motor and remove the bowl. Carry out final mixing using hands in the bowl to squeeze the dough together until the dough is smooth and homogeneous. It may be necessary to add a small amount of additional Finsolv® TN if the dough is too crumbly or additional corn starch if the dough is too soft. Properties: Appearance: Bright purple soft putty Stability: 12 weeks, 45°C, 20°C, 5°C, and 3F/T Cycles
