Procedure: Add phase A into a beaker and mixed until gelled. Adjust pH between 5.5-6.5 and heat to 80°C. In a separate beaker, prepared phase B and heat to 80°C. Add phase B into phase A under high mixing speed for 10min at 80°C. Cool the mixture under normal speed mixing to 50-60°C. Premix phase C and homogenize well and add to main beaker. Add phase D one by one into bulk below 40°C. Mix well. Properties: Appearance: Soft White Emulsion Viscosity (6 spd-10rpm, brookfield Viscometer RV, at 25°C): 50000-80000 pH: 5.5-6.5 Please note that this formulation has passed stability 1 month @ 50°C, 3 months @ 40°C, thaw freeze cycles (-18°C/40°C)
