Procedure Phase A Add first Amaze XT at room temperature and allow it to hydrate under slow agitation. Then, add Satiaxane under slow agitation. Once the mixture is homogeneous, add phase B and heat to 70 °C. Let stirring for few minutes until Rice starch jellified. Heat separately phase C and B+A at 75 °C. At temperature, add phase C to A+B whilst stirring moderately. Homogenize using Ultra Turrax (2 min at 6000 rpm). Allow to cool down whilst stirring moderately. Add phase D below 40°C.
