angry an expression as possible at the baseline date and at week 4. The computer- based wrinkle segmentation in Figure 2 shows a decrease in wrinkle formation after four weeks of applying a 4% DABBA formulation on the glabella. Wrinkles on the images taken were then
measured using a dedicated algorithm. The graph in Figure 3, which is based on a mean delta of the baseline to 4 weeks for all volunteers, illustrates a significant decrease (14%) in wrinkle length compared to the placebo in the 4% DABBA group. To assess how DABBA performed across
both age groups, we measured forehead wrinkles on all volunteers in both mother and daughter groups using a Primoslite
imaging device. When looking at responders only, we

found that after four weeks the volume of the average forehead wrinkle decreased by 0.72 mm3
the daughters group and by 1.26 mm3
in volunteers using 4% DABBA in in
volunteers using 4% DABBA in the mothers group. The absolute decrease was greatest in the “mothers” group but the impact on the appearance of wrinkles in the “daughters” group was double compared to the placebo. DABBA therefore was twice as effective
at targeting forehead wrinkles, compared to the placebo, within the younger target group which suggests that it can help delay their appearance within this age bracket. Interpolating the data we collected for
both target groups, we assumed a linear ageing progression for wrinkle formation. This is best illustrated by the graph in Figure

4 which shows the average wrinkle volume of all volunteers per age group. Based on the images we had from daughters and mothers, we assumed a wrinkle visibility threshold of about 35 years. We also used linear ageing progression
to create a film showing the transformation of a “daughter” face into a “mother” face. This also led us to conclude that wrinkles become clearly visible at age 35.
Delaying the appearance of mimic wrinkles If we assume that wrinkles become visible at age 35, further linear extrapolation of our in vivo study results suggests that DABBA could delay the appearance of mimic wrinkles in younger women by up to five years. The graph in Figure 5 shows the average
