1. Mix B and stir until completely dispersed 2. Heat up A and B to 75°C- 80°C separately 3. Add A to B while stirring and homogenize for 3 minutes using an Ultra Turrax. Cool down while stirring 4. Procedure
Add the deionised water of phase A to the main vessel. Add the Carbopol Ultrez 10 Polymer and mix with propeller agitation until completely hydrated. In a separate vessel, mix all ingredients of phase B with propeller agitation. Heat to 35-40°C. Keep mixing until the Klucel Hydroxypropylcellulose HCS and the Natrosal 250 HR CS are completely hydrated. Cool to room temperature. Add phase B to phase A at room temperature with propeller agitation. Add phase C to phase AB with propeller agitation. The mixture will begin to gel. In a separate vessel, mix all ingredients of phase D before adding to phase ABC with propeller agitation. Add phase E to phase ABCD with propeller agitation to completely neutralise the Carbopol Ultrez 10 Polymer. Properties pH: 6.0-7.0 Viscosity: 3,000-8,000 cP

Procedure 1. Add all ingredients of part A under stirring into the water and heat to 85°C (Aristoflex AVC can be added at the end of the heating phase around 60- 70°C under stirring) 2. Add all ingredients of part B in a separate vessel and heat to 85-90°C 3. Add part B into the part A and homogenize moderately (2min/8000 upm) 4. Cool down to 60°C under stirring and add part C 5.
