Add water and butylene glycol to main beaker. Heat to 70˚C-75˚C, then add Dermothix-100 while blending with overhead mixer. In separate beaker add phase B ingredients (Oil), heat to 70˚C. Add phase B to phase A with increased mixing. In separate beaker, combine phase C ingredients (Pigment), slowly mix into main beaker. Cool emulsion down, at 45˚C add phase D (Preservative). In separate beaker combine ingredients phase E (Active) mix until all salicylic acid is solubilised in ethanol.
Add phase E to main beaker below 35˚C. Adjust pH to 3.5 using Triethanolamine. Add water to qs to 100%. Suppliers 1 Alzo 2 Sensient
