The Annoying Orange iMegaFone speaker boosts an iPhone’s volume without the use of batteries, and there is a free app to use with the speaker that will broadcast annoying catchphrases just like Orange. www.playmobil.co.uk Playmobil has 145 new toys to launch at Toy Fair 2013. First to launch in February will be the brand new Police range. The Police Station features
a working alarm, interrogation room and break-out cell. The range also includes a full fl eet of vehicles, special forces, and accessories. The Dinosaur range will be launching in March featuring an exploding volcano, a selection of dinosaurs, their young and habitats, plus palaeontologists. The brand new Pony range, also launching in March, will provide equestrian enthusiasts with a fully-equipped Pony Ranch. The Wild West is arriving in April. The Sheriff is there to ensure outlaws don’t hijack the stagecoaches and steal the gold, and there is a Fort with soldiers to keep the peace. Children can hunt for gold in the Goldmine or visit the Tee Pee settlement, complete with Chief and his tribe.
The Hotel range will launch in May. It comes fully staffed and fully equipped, ready to
welcome guests at the reception area. Each room has a working key card, and there is a working lift to travel between fl oors. There is also a play area with miniature Playmobil toys to keep young ones occupied. The all-new Cargo range will be arriving in June. Filled with a range of vehicles from planes
to trains, and cranes to trucks, children will be able to load and transport goods. There will be a heavyweight TV advertising campaign across the year, press advertising and extensive PR activity supporting these, and the other ranges launching throughout 2013.
