There are four new worlds for boys to discover, including; Explorers, Construction, Heroic Rescue and Adventure City, brought to life with a die-cast collection. Plus there is a new range of playsets that can be linked together, including Matchbox Adventure Links as well as the new die-cast SkyBuster collection. Following the release of Batman: The Dark Knight
Rises, products will include the Imaginext Bat cave, Power Attack Mission Figures and Bat Mobile. Autumn will see the arrival of the Batman: Ultimate Bat Jet. Disney Pixar’s Cars will see the Cars Dinoco Stunt
Set and Stunt Racer Vehicle assortment released. Micro Drifters also has a new track set. 2013 sees Mattel launch the superhero series, Max
Steel. Following the adventures of teenager Maxwell McGrath and his friend Steel, Max Steel is a relevant, relatable superhero brand. Product lines include a selection of fi gure assortments such as the Max Steel six-inch Deluxe Team-Up Figure Assortment.
The launch of Disney Planes on 16th August
introduces a new range of toys that captures the characters in 1:55 scale die-cast fi gures. There is also a trackset to be released. Superman: Man Of Steel, released on 14th June, includes a range of toys such as the Man of Steel Flight Speeders Launchers Assortment plus a new play-set, Man of Steel Flight Speeders Fortress of Solitude. Another vehicle is the Man of Steel Quick Shots Battle for Metropolis. Toy Story continues with Flight Control Buzz and new innovation with the Zing Ems’ Figures and Playset. The DreamWorks Animation fi lm, Turbo will be
released, and the Turbo Character Vehicle Assortment will feature the characters.
The WWE toy line is set for another big year including the new WWE Power Slammer range and the Rumbler Rampage Figure Assortment and Rumblers Devastadium Playset. Brawlin’ Buddies will continue with the WWE Championship Brawlin Buddies Assortment. 2013 sees the re-brand of Scrabble, engaging word game players to play Scrabble in new ways. UNO launches two new games including UNO Power Grab and UNO Blast, offering new ways to play UNO. Angry Birds In Space 2 will also be released. To expand the Fun Times portfolio, two new games will be introduced including Piggyback Stack, where kids experience crazy action at the farmyard, and Parrot Pile Up, where balance, nerve and a steady hand are required in a tropical-themed game of skill.

The company was established in 1985 and currently runs two factories, directly employing 400 people. Trefl ’s products are on sale in over 50 countries worldwide, and for 2013 the company will be targeting the UK market through its exclusive distributor, Steve Richardson. Trefl ’s range of games, cards and puzzles includes a selection of character-licensed items, as the company holds the rights to major licences in Poland from companies such as Disney, Warner Bros. and Hasbro. Innovative products include the range of 3D Puzzles featuring a special ‘depth illusion’ effect and Dynamic Puzzles with animation effect, and Steve is looking forward to establishing the brand in the UK market in 2013.
