storage is under stern sofa seat and its ‘armrests’ – for dive tanks. Standing on platform, one can easily put dive tanks on. Stern platforms are extended by teak grate pieces, one of which is fitted with hydraulic lift for easy boarding of elderly people.


Flybridge on such boat is favourite site both underway and at rest - for sightseeing and BBQ parties, as well as steering station with superb all-round visibility. On H65, flybridge is maximized to 46m2 of area with excellent protection from sun and rain, and able to be closed by roll-up curtains. Roof itself is FRP moulding suitable for solar panels


installation, and channel around roof is designed to collect rainwater – small but smart detail.

Interior of the boat is designed for live on board and it looks like luxury condo. Saloon sized 8.0x5.7m includes spacious galley with all outfit and bar counter; dining area, office area with L-shaped desk is on entrance to salon, port. Front part of saloon is a site of steering and navigation station, on elevated pedestal seats.


Lower deck accommodation forward of saloon includes 2 luxury cabins with double beds, hanging locker, sofa, plenty of storage space and private toilet/bathroom each. At port hull middle, there is another twin guest cabin with shared ‘party’ toilet. Symmetrical at starboard is crew cabin with 2 bunks and toilet; this cabin has optional entrance from deck. Engine rooms are aft from middle;


used for machinery – engines, compressor, water maker; water heaters, etc.


Fuel tanks offer main capacity of 1500L in two day tanks; spare tanks of 1500L each are in bottom and supposed to be filled for long passages. Fresh water capacity is 2x1100L.

INTERIOR DESIGN purpose of interior


design is the functional


improvement, aesthetic enrichment and psychological enhancement of interior and outdoor habitable spaces, with consideration of additional technical issues related to specific boat construction realities. The objectives of interior design and styling on H65 were (fig.7):


 Create environment for long-term luxury living of European expat owner. Another perspective usage of yacht is weekend boating with picnics on board; should be best


 Boat outdoor and indoor activities in tropics;


 Interior styling – close to condo/hotel styling, not traditional yacht interior style.


 Special attention of customer to details with plenty of accessories;


 Somewhat different, remarkable appearance and individuality in every feature with  Asian style – excellent


taste of owners, allowing


decorating interior with souvenirs from multiple voyages.


 Weight control of interior category that should be designed within certain weight budget;


 On site supervision the construction to track every important detail.


In general, ‘Asian’ interior is a fusion of several different styles that range from the minimalist Japanese and the opulent Chinese to exotic Indian themes. The style of
