Create an infographic displaying key information about your school that could be shown to incoming 1st years. The infographic should display key information you feel would be important for 1st year students to know, e.g. what time is first break/lunch and how long are class times, etc.
Your infographic should be in poster format. This is an individual or group task.

Include at least six important pieces of information for incoming 1st year students (e.g. important times of the day or dates in the school year).
Use words, images, pie charts, bar charts and line graphs to display the information. Be accurate. The information included must be true.
Use Scoilnet Maps to locate your school and draw an aerial photo of it highlighting the following:

Interview current 1st years to see what information they would have liked to have known before they started in secondary school.

Re-read what you have written and then write down two things you think you did well and one thing you think you could improve on.
Redrafting
Review the success criteria again to make sure you have met all the requirements. Take into account your own self-assessment notes and make any changes you think are needed. When you are happy, you can prepare to show your work to the class.
