Procedure: In the main beaker, at RT, sprinkle phase B in water under mixing. Start to heat to 75°C while mixing at least 30 minutes. Premix phase C while heating at 60°C until clear. At 75°C, add phase C into main beaker. In a side beaker heat phase D at 75°C until homogeneous. At 75°C, add slowly phase D into main beaker and homogenize. Start to cool down the batch. Stop at RT. Properties: Appearance: white cream pH: 5.30 – 5.80 Viscosity (D1): 35 000 – 50 000 cps (Brookfield RVT | Spindle B| 5 RPM | 1 minute | 25°C)

Procedure: Heat phase A and phase B separately to 75°C. At temperature add phase B to phase A and emulsify at 2.500 rpm for 5 min. Cool down to 35°C while mixing at 1.300 rpm for 35 min. Add phase C and mix at 1.500 rpm for 30 min. Fill in airless dispenser.
