Procedure: Add A2 into A1 under moderate stirring, mix until a homogeneous gel is obtained and heat to 80°C. Place B under magnetic stirring and heat to 80°C. Emulsify B into A with a rotor-stator for 10 minutes. When cooled to 50°C, add C then D and E under moderate stirring. Cool to room temperature under gentle stirring and then adjust the pH with F. Properties: Appearance: Thick, white and shiny emulsion pH = 6.0

Procedure: Add the Rhodapex® ESB-70 NAT MB to the cocamidopropyl betaine under stirring and continue to mix for a few minutes until fully homogeneous. Using standard mixing blade, slowly add the Rheozan® BLC in the main. When all the Rheozan® BLC is added, increase the mixing speed to 500 rpm during a minimum of 30 minutes. Decrease the mixing speed to 160 rpm. And under stirring, add the preservative, the sodium chloride and the beads. And then, adjust the formulation pH to require value

Procedure: Weigh and heat Part A to 75°C in bain-marie. Weigh and heat Part B to 75°C in bain-marie. Add Part B to Part A with rapid helix stirring. Add Part C to Part A+B with rapid helix stirring. Weigh and mix Part D. Add Part D to the previous part, mix well. Weigh and mix Part E. Add Part E to the previous part at around 50°C with rapid helix stirring. Add Part F and mix well. Pour in stick immediately, around 45°C. Properties: Appearance: Pale green, opaque, solid stick Stability: 3 months at 4°C, 25°C, 45°C and 1 month at 50°C Centrifuge 10min @ 3000rpm and 1 x -80°C/+25°C 24 hours freeze-thaw cycle and autoclave 20min @120°C
