Procedure: Disperse Keltrol T and preBiulin C90 into the water. When homogenous, add the rest of ingredients A one by one. Mix B. Add B to A and homogenise for five minutes at 10,000 rpm for 200gr batch. Cool down to 45-50°C. Add C and D. Homogenise for three minutes at 10 000 rpm or 200gr batch. Cool down to RT while mixing. Adjust pH to 5.0-5.5 with E.

Procedure: Heat water in main tank to 65-70°C. While heating, slowly add and mix in xanthan gum until fully hydrated and homogenous. Reduce speed and add Phase B while maintaining temperature at 65-70°C. Mix for 10-15 minutes. Cool tank down to 45-50°C. Below 50°C add Phase C to tank and mix until homogenous. Add Phase D and mix, then cool to 30°C.
