I studied foreign languages and linguistics. I started my career in hospitality in Italy and Slovenia working in hotels and casinos, and after school, continued in the hotel

WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT WORKING WITH CLIENTS?


Te relationship that develops through projects. Tat is something I cherish, and it is a good showcase of how good business practices translate into great personal relationships.


I fully appreciate being part of this global company that puts such an emphasis on the team and the clients. A very strong positive point is also a clear and positive relationship with management. I always feel supported, listened to, and appreciated. It is the best work environment I have experienced, and it inspires a strong feeling of belonging.


WHAT ARE THE BIGGEST CHALLENGES?


A challenge is keeping up with the constant global market growth. But I think that GLI, expanding in new and established markets, opening new offices around the world, and consolidating its presence in emerging markets like India, does a great job managing this challenge.


WHAT RESPONSIBILITIES DO YOU HAVE IN YOUR ROLE?


I am responsible for communicating with clients and the technical teams on projects, understanding their needs, and helping to make the process as easy and clear as possible. As the client’s first contact, I guide them through the certification process from start to finish, help with questions, and share the right information.

I worked for companies which provide B2B and B2C payment options to casinos and players, so I already had experience in the gaming industry.

In my spare time I love anything to do with adventure and animals.


I can usually be found doing something high adrenaline and exciting like skydiving or hiking or I


am somewhere on a farm with my dog.


I really like to learn about and experience different cultures. I also like to take on new challenges and my newfound hobby is horse riding.

My role as an Account Manager is to ensure my clients have a main point of contact who they are comfortable reaching out to.


Whether it’s small or big queries, I support them with their ongoing and upcoming projects. I help clients take their products across the world.

What I like the most about my role is being able to support my clients from start to finish, celebrate their


successes, and the relationships I build on the way.
