Staying compliant in quickly changing market environments is crucial for success, so the clients’ current requests focus on compliance first and foremost.

Ease of integration is another major demand; clients are looking for straightforward ways to integrate complex products, and that’s where offerings like the iFrame, which significantly simplifies the integration process, can provide what they’re looking for.

Looking ahead, we have some exciting plans on our development roadmap. We’re focused on expanding our API capabilities, making integration and access to information even more seamless for our clients. We’re also committed to ongoing platform improvements.

Tis includes working on features that provide greater flexibility and performance. By continuously refining our platform, we aim to make it even easier for our clients to adopt and benefit from our solutions.

How is GR8 Tech utilising generative AI in its products? Could you provide any specific use cases where the tech has brought added value to the product suite?

One cool use case is in our CRM system, where we integrated generative AI to help create texts for promotional campaigns. Tis gives our clients’ CRM managers the ability to whip up content quickly and efficiently, launching promotions faster and with more creativity.

We’re also using generative AI for image generation. It’s especially relevant within the Casino product, where the technology’s impact on day-to-day operations can be huge. For example, in our Casino aggregation, we’ve got nearly two hundred game providers.

If each of them releases just one game a month, that’s a ton of graphics to handle, and clients need these images quickly for their websites. To help them out, we’ve integrated an AI tool that lets them create their own visuals on the fly. In a nutshell, generative AI helps us and our clients move faster and more efficiently. It’s all about staying ahead in a fast-paced market.

What are your thoughts on AIoT - the AI of Things?

I’m definitely looking into it, but I have to say, I don’t believe this product segment is quite mature yet. Tere's a lot of hype and potential, but it’s too early to talk about any significant impact on mainstream industries, let alone iGaming, which tends to be quite slow when it comes to tech changes.

It’s going to take a long time and some big success stories from mainstream sectors before we see any real traction in our industry. While the possibilities are exciting, I think we need to be realistic about the timeline and the steps required to integrate AIoT into gaming in a meaningful way.

Are there any technical breakthroughs outside

of the gaming industry that GR8 Tech is monitoring or adopting?

Absolutely, there are some fascinating trends outside the gaming industry that we’re keeping a close eye on at GR8 Tech. It's not so much about technological breakthroughs in the traditional sense but more about how we consume content.

Everything is accelerating, especially with the rise of Gen Z, who have completely different content consumption habits. For me, the real breakthrough lies in platforms like TikTok – fast, interactive content that captures attention quickly. Tis shift in content consumption habits is something we’re keenly observing.

However, there’s a bit of a conflict here. Te iGaming industry is quite conservative. Many still believe that traditional interfaces, inherited from early physical betting shops and slot machines, are what people want. It's like the floppy disk icon we use to save files; new generations don’t even recognise it as a real thing anymore.

Sooner or later, these old approaches to iGaming products will need to change. As new generations come in, they won’t accept these outdated interfaces. We need to evolve and adapt to these new content consumption habits to stay relevant and engaging. While it’s a challenging shift, it’s also an exciting opportunity to innovate and transform how we present our products.
