Review ICE TOTALLY GAMING 2015

After a successful 2014 and a strong start to 2015, optimism was high on the stand of NMi with the promise of some exciting new services to introduce in the second quarter of 2015.

The launch of the UK Gambling (Licensing and Advertising) Act as well as continued global coverage of igaming jurisdictions has seen the addition of more Top 20 Operators to the labs client base in 2015, and with more than 160 new UK licences issued NMi anticipate continued high demand for high quality testing and auditing services.

Julian Borg-Barthet, the Business Development Manager for NMi’s Gaming Division: “2014 was a year in which we added many major companies to our customer list. I’m proud to say we were able to increase capacity significantly

without compromising on service levels. Many of the biggest names in gaming are now seeing NMi as a partner they can trust and have long term confidence in.”

Andrew Rosewarne, Director of NMi Gaming: “We have been expanding our Information Security team as IT security and best practice become more integrated with gaming

compliance. We also have some great plans for the year to introduce new front line services, that will offer transparency and communication throughout the testing and auditing processes. We’re really excited to build on our level of customer service, using technology to make life easier for customers during what we know can be a difficult process.”

AMATIC INDUSTRIES SETTING THE TREND AT ICE

Curved Performer C24 upright joins the Performer Grand Arc slant top as AMATIC unveils another work of art at ICE 2015

AMATIC Industries demonstrated its ability to create stunning gaming machines for global markets at ICE. The slant top Performer Grand Arc received its international premiere to wide acclaim at last year’s show. In particular the three-screened version highlights its curvaceous figure, which is mirrored by its upright sibling – the Performer C24.

The Performer C24 embodies the latest trend set by the introduction of the Grand Arc slant top before: This upright gaming cabinet contains three large 24” screens, allowing games to be superbly portrayed in HD quality. Flashy LED lights throughout this machine give the C24 a truly magnetic appeal. The big top screen can be splendidly used for Jackpot information.

Brand-new AMATIC games were avidly played at the show, including titles like ‘Hot 81’, ‘Magic Forest’, ‘Red Chili’, ‘Scarab Treasure’ and ‘Square Fruits’. The Performer Grand Arc and Performer C24 gaming machines further drew visitors to the stand.

The AMATIC style could then be further seen on the automated Roulette Grand Jeu 22WS – with a special yellow edition on show. This fiery 8- player electronic roulette was a true eye-catcher. Its bigger brother – the Roulette Grand Jeu Double – with two independent roulette wheels and four large screen displays – is a real show- stopper. Players can bet on one or two wheels at

perfect solution for customers who are looking for an individually expandable and space-saving roulette system that can be easily connected with satellite terminals. All you need is an AMATIC Solitaire single roulette and a number of connected Slant Top satellites that are equipped with one wide-screen monitor.

AMATIC also showed just why it is so popular in the street market – with solutions for the British, Irish, Spanish and German markets on show. The New ‘GO FOR GOLD’ jackpot system for the Multi Liner range for Spain stood out in particular. Not only that, AMATIC Industries has developed a brand new gaming machine for the Spanish market – the V24 AWP Cabinet being proudly on show for the first time.

the same time. This doubles both excitement and fun and enables casino owners to maximise their turnover.

Another useful feature is the possibility to connect the Grand Jeu Roulettes with Performer gaming machines. Players on the Performer slots can participate live on the Grand Jeu roulette. So, when all seats are taken at the Grand Jeu, operators can still offer their customers the chance to enjoy this Roulette on the AMATIC Performer gaming machines. The roulette family was completed with the Solitaire stand-alone roulette wheel that can be linked to individual terminals. AMATIC’s ‘Solitaire and Satellite’ is the

Online and Mobile Gaming had a strong presence on the stand – which included new BitCoin solutions too. The presented product portfolio at the show was rounded off by AMATICs well- regarded VLT solutions and the state-of-the-art Casino Management System ‘COS’.

Thomas Engstberger, Sales Manager at AMATIC Industries, sums up the feedback from ICE, stating, “This was a memorable show. It fills us with pride to see our stand so busy. It confirms that our strategy to create new entertaining solutions to add to our strong product range is the right one. We are known and respected for our Multi Game solutions. Now we have the cabinets to match with the Performer series. Adding our Roulette Grand Jeu to this, the industry knows that we stand for style as well as quality, security, longevity…and great games.”
