Procedure
Heat up phase A to 75˚C-80˚C. Prepare phase B, let swell Carbopol in water, when homogeneous add the rest of phase B. Heat up phase B to 75˚C-80˚C. Add phase A into phase B under stirrer, homogenise. Add phase C. Cool down to room temperature under stirrer then add the ingredients of phase D in the given order. Properties pH value: >6.5

Procedure
Charge main vessel with phase A, mix until uniform. With moderate agitation, disperse phase B into phase A one at a time, mix until uniform. In a separate vessel, pre-mix phase C together.
