Procedure: Prepare phase A by adding all ingredients to water in listed order, mixing well between additions. Mix phase B in listed order. After heating phase A and phase B separately to 75ºC, combine them and mix well. Adjust pH to 5.5-6.0 with phase C and cool to 40ºC while mixing. Mix phase D1 with phase D2 and adjust pH to 5.0-5.5 with phase D3. Add phase D to phase ABC. Prepare phase E by adding Glucosyl Naringin to water with slow stirring and dissolve. After fully dissolved, add the remaining ingredients in phase E and mix well between additions. Add phase E and phase F separately to main batch. Adjust pH as necessary to 5.0-5.5 with Potassium Hydroxide (50% aq). Sprinkle phase G into main batch with good mixing. Properties: Appearance: Off white/light beige serum/lotion, pH: 5.0-5.8
