Procedure: In a vessel, weigh in Lipex SheaSolve and switch on disc disperser stirrer to achieve vortex. Gradually add phase B while stirring with agitation. Increase speed when required to maintain vortex. Continue stirring for 30 minutes until a smooth paste forms. Add phase C and heat to 85 - 90°C while gently propeller stirring until waxes have completely melted. Maintain temperature between 85 - 90°C during this step. Gradually add phase D while propeller stirring until powder is evenly dispersed throughout system. Maintain temperature between 85 - 90°C during this step. Homogenise at 1500rpm for 30 seconds while maintaining temperature between 85 - 90°C. Add phase E while propeller stirring until smooth and homogeneous. Maintain temperature between 85 - 90°C during this step. Turn off heating then pour directly into componentry and place in fridge to cool until completely set. Properties: pH: 0.0 - 0.0
