What new features and innovations will Everi be presenting at ICE London, from a FinTech perspective?

Our core focus remains on engaging players and patrons at higher levels, which helps reinforce Everi’s position as the technology partner of choice for casino and venue operators. At ICE London 2024, we will feature the new BeOn mobile services platform, which we debuted at G2E. Our product teams worked diligently to merge technology stacks and create BeOn, which serves an effort to leverage the Everi brand in the venue space while utilising Venuetize technology for casino operators.

Tese new enhancements – combining gamification, loyalty, payments, and data insights into a full mobile experience – further enhance the patron journey, with an emphasis on mobile-first, self-service capabilities that tie into existing casino or venue infrastructure.

Could you provide a potted history of Digital Neighbourhood - when was the concept conceived and what inspired its creation?

Everi's Digital Neighborhood is a fully- integrated suite of financial access, loyalty, and RegTech solutions, which emphasise Everi’s ability to develop solutions that incorporate customer-centric features across loyalty, payments, and casino operations. Like the neighborhoods in which we reside, visit and interact with, Everi’s Digital Neighborhood is a connected community.

Built over many years, our operating platforms are the foundation, knit together with the fabric of Everi’s products and applications. It is our goal to provide a vibrant community of products and services that seamlessly coexist and communicate across the casino floor and beyond.

When we first created the idea of the Digital Neighborhood it centred around the idea of marrying functional hardware and digital convenience with financial instruments across the gaming floor. Five years ago, operators were focused mainly on operational efficiencies.

I think that those same operators are starting to recognise the convergence of the digital and physical channels and looking to push the envelope – even beyond the gaming footprint –

with the latest technologies being available to their patrons in a self-service capacity, all while they continue to formulate a digital strategy.

What tools does Digital Neighbourhood offer to provide customers with connectivity and value?

We look at several different areas that help create an ecosystem where patrons and operator staff have the ability to seamlessly transition into and out of the digital layer. For the patron, what that really translates into is the best and preferred customer journey.

While they’re on that journey, we really emphasise two things: one, functionality, in terms of creating greater efficiencies in the relationships between Everi’s community of physical or digital patron-facing touchpoints (e.g. CashClub, Check Services, Full Service and Loyalty Kiosks, ATMs, Games, Wallet and Mobile Loyalty) and the back-of-house and operator staff touchpoints (e.g. Everi Compliance, JXC, and CentralCredit). Secondly, security is Everi’s top priority, so we ensure patron data is protected as we combine our robust AML platform and strict KYC procedures with decades of compliance experience.

Where is Digital Neighbourhood currently live? Who are Everi's biggest Digital Neighbourhood customers?

Any customer who has multiple Everi FinTech products is who we consider a Digital Neighborhood customer. Tere are hundreds of such examples across the world. Our customer base from a FinTech perspective is primarily in North America, Europe and Australia.

Looking forward, what extra value does the Digital Neighbourhood bring to casino operators - both through its on-premise mobile gaming offering and mobile wallet?

Moving forward, we look to extend our Digital Neighborhood to bring new value to casino operators through our on-premise mobile gaming offering and an enhanced mobile wallet, as well as to expand into non-gaming sports and entertainment venues and other global gaming markets.

Whether its payments, loyalty, gaming, venues, etc., we see same kind of friction points. So, focusing on customer experiences and journeys across different touchpoints within those verticals is crucial for us.

In addition, we must continue to emphasise that Everi maintains the highest levels of compliance with industry and regulatory guidelines and offers multi-layered security tools that guard against physical and logical threats and other forms of fraud.

What potential is there for the Digital Neighbourhood to expand into non-gaming sports and entertainment venues?

Te new BeOn mobile platform utilises all of Everi’s mobile services, including the Venuetize platform, which is the leading mobile technology and advanced e-commerce platform for the sports, hospitality, and entertainment industries. It also represents the foundation for a patron-engaging mobile strategy and enhances Everi’s portfolio of mobile-first solutions.

Te Outernet London venue utilises the Venuetize platform for its mobile app, as does the MLS Club Inter Miami. Potential for continued expansion throughout the venue space will hinge on us continuing to demonstrate our ability to reach guests and fans wherever they are, as Venuetize features best- in-class marketing support via its content management system, integrations with leading technology providers, and a mobile wallet.
