I have worked in the iGaming industry for nearly a decade, and it’s been an exciting time where I have grown personally and developed my career within the sales and customer services area.


From my first experience working in gaming, I knew that what I enjoyed most was being an account manager and focusing on building strong collaborations with clients representing the company I work for.

WHY DID YOU JOIN GLI?


I decided to join GLI because they are the leader in compliance testing laboratories. At that time in my career, I had already covered many areas in the iGaming industry, and since I like to learn and have fresh challenges, I decided to focus on a new adventure where there was a possibility to improve my knowledge and take myself out of my comfort zone.


WHAT RESPONSIBILITIES DO YOU HAVE IN YOUR ROLE?


My responsibilities are to make sure that key clients are fully satisfied with our services and meet deadlines for their time to market. I also have the responsibility for developing the potential of new account managers


to the GLI EMEA team to help them be the best they can be when supporting our customers.


WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR ROLE?


Te fact that there is always a new jurisdiction or additional product requirement to learn and that makes the work I do interesting and fun every day.


WHAT ARE THE BIGGEST CHALLENGES?


When you work with global clients, the different time zones can be a bit of a challenge when it comes to organising meetings, but having offices and experts globally enables


HOBBIES/INTERESTS


I do like travelling, walking, trekking, reading books, and watching movies mainly based on true stories, as I have a passion for people and learning about their real-life stories.


WHY DID YOU JOIN GLI?


At that time, I was very curious about discovering the regulatory world and all that GLI has to offer. I was also interested in working for a big corporation such as GLI, covering all partners worldwide.

I enjoy having new challenges every day and finding the right solutions to help our clients achieve success.


WHAT RESPONSIBILITIES DO YOU HAVE IN YOUR ROLE?


My main responsibilities are operating as the lead point of contact for our clients at any time. It’s about building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer


relationships together with overseeing customer account management and listening to client needs.


WHAT ARE THE BIGGEST CHALLENGES?


I work hard with my clients to earn their trust and to help them feel we are more than a vendor – we are a partner. I want them to feel like they can call me for support and not just when they need a project completed.

I enjoy building long-term relationships with clients and seeing how the work we do at GLI helps them grow their businesses and achieve their business goals.

GLI is like a family to me, and it’s thanks to our well-established internal departments that I can make my job successful and help my clients be successful too.

Tey are people we enjoy getting to know and spend time working with, and in turn, they appreciate our positive can-do approach to delivering for them. We make time to visit our clients and build a positive relationship with them. I believe having a good working relationship with our clients is one of the reasons I love this job.
