customers at the first sight, so of course the graphical part is very important. Although even the classic-looking game, the so-called "retro- style" game, can have simpler graphics, still it can be made in a very attractive way. And of course, stunning graphics are always an advantage. We still have players of both types of products, "retro-style" games and machines and also of a new, fancy graphics and cutting- edge cabinets. We are proud to carry both.

How does SYNOT decide which cabinet hardware is the best canvas to elevate a gaming system theme and propel its performance? What determines the appropriate gaming content for a cabinet? Do certain titles perform better on three-screen, upright 32-inch monitors than others?

It is not our approach to decide which game should fit in which cabinet. We are constantly developing game content and mixing it into game packages to target specific players and markets. From a cabinet perspective, our goal is to cover our portfolio with a variety of options - slantops, uprights, monitors with different sizes from 24 to 32 inches, with configurations of two or three monitors and so on. Tis ensures flexibility to meet different needs, preferences and market dynamics.

Miroslav Valenta jr Sales Director SYNOT

Rather than selecting specific content for specific cabinets, we want to provide a comprehensive gaming system. Tis flexibility allows us to offer products for casino players or gaming hall players, and also operators can choose which cabinet should be used for their target markets, and we can effectively meet the diverse needs of customers worldwide because we have the capacity to serve casinos, arcades and even street markets single sites operations.

Aztec Jaguar and Tiki Princess are two of SYNOT’S most popular titles. Do games such as these have vastly different performance levels across different markets?

Stanislav Stanev International Business Development Director SYNOT

The most important thing about a cabinet is its ability to captivate players from the moment they step onto the casino floor. Undoubtedly, the game software, with its stunning graphics, math models and sounds, also plays a crucial role. However, it is the cabinet that makes the first impression.

In general, all of our linked games are very popular across all of the markets in which we are present, these games are in the top positions and based on this knowledge we are constantly developing both new classic games and new games for our link concepts.

Speaking of the link systems, the Magic Ball Link System currently includes a total of eight linked game titles with new additions, one of the most recently developed stunning game for example is Legend of Medusa. In addition, Super Link has a range of 20 successful linked fruit and themed games, namely for example Extreme Joker Deluxe or Diamond Spin Multiways.

SYNOT has a well-established omnichannel product strategy whereby everything created for digital is transitioned into the land-based sector and vice versa. How are SYNOT’s online titles performing compared to SYNOT’s land- based titles?

We try to fit our cabinet and games portfolio to all markets and all customer needs. It seems that the omnichannel strategy has become a trend with more and more customers and markets in recent years, but we have been

following this strategy from a product perspective for many years.

With our long-standing approach as both operator and supplier, we not only have the great products for land-based, such as cabinets and games, but we try to have the same library of games for online as well as for machines. We are experiencing with very good performance of some online titles and so than we are trying to introduce simillar game in land-based products and vice versa.

In addition, we are able to interconnect both online and land-based worlds thanks to a unique platform provided by SYNOT Interactive. Te company is also able to provide customised solutions from sports betting, lotteries, virtual sports to online casino and much more and with such a comprehensive portfolio we can offer flexible solution to all our customers.

What new land-based products and innovations will SYNOT Group be showcasing at ICE?

Tis year's show gives us the opportunity to showcase a wide range of innovations, including a brand new premium Super Link system, currently available for both slot machines and VLTs. Each system contains 20 unique linked games linked to a common jackpot. Each of these premium games boasts a pay to win feature, giving players the option to buy a bonus game right away.

We will also introduce Magic Ball Link, a multi- game progressive jackpot system. We will be unveiling the final stage of this successful product with more game content and an upgraded jackpot. Magic Ball Link now boasts 8 exclusive linked game titles.

Visitors can look forward to another new cabinet, the UP1-27, which has been designed on the basis of the highly successful and proven UP1-24 cabinet and reflects the perfect solution within the range of cabinets with 24" and 32" monitors. We will also be introducing a brand new product in our portfolio - Casino Management System. We look forward to launching this new solution in the first country this year.

Finally, how is SYNOT approaching 2024 from a market perspective? Is the primary remit to consolidate the company's dominant position in the Czech Republic, Latvia, Slovakia and Greece, or to utilise Firebird’s proven performance to expand in - and enter - other markets?

Actually, both. Our goals are to keep and in some cases increase our market share and, of course, to establish new markets. Te plan is, as always, to be and remain dominant in the key markets. Looking not only to 2024, but also to the future, our plan includes robust expansion into new markets, not only in Europe, but also, for example, in Africa, South America or Asia. Tat's why we are focusing a lot on developing our extensive product portfolio to be suitable for all markets, and which we are going to release at ICE 2024. Tis is a way how to support our expansion plan worldwide.
