Beyond the technical inspection advancements, the Zenith 2 includes artificial intelligence (AI) driven automated programming soft- ware designed to reduce program- ming time by 70 percent. The Zenith 2 combines Koh Young’s advanced vision algorithms with innovative technological advancements, such as 3D side view cameras and quad- array DLP projectors, for 3D meas- urement of components up to 1 in. (25 mm) in height.
The new cameras further en- hance the defect identification capabil- ities across a wide range of compo- nents, including leadless chips, con- nectors, SOJs, QFNs, and partially shielded components.
