Smart Sonic Offers Advanced Ultrasonic Stencil Cleaner
Cleveland, OH — Smart Sonic’s new Model 6000 is an advanced, economi- cal and operator-focused stencil cleaner. The system has a wash tank capacity of 34 gal (129 liters), which reduces wastewater and chemistry consumption by 40 percent, while increas- ing ultrasonic cleaning effi- ciency by 40 percent. The machine can be
configured for cleaning multiple applications by adding a second ultrasonic wash tank for cleaning pal- lets, oven radiators, SMT adhesives, etc. The compa- ny’s 400-R SMT detergent shortens cleaning cycles and cleans at low tempera- ture to conserve energy and to protect stencils.
