— the new Quadra 7 represents the company’s cutting-edge X-ray inspec- tion performance. Ultra-high-quality, 6.7 MP images are displayed at full one-to-one resolution over two 4K UHD monitors, ensuring that users see the clearest possible features. Nordson MATRIX is presenting


its X-platform series, a dedicated high-speed, in-line automated X-ray inspection system for the inspection of single- or multi-panel PCBs, or samples in trays. The company com- bines two imaging technologies: high-speed transmission (2D) and off-axis (2.5D) imaging, with tomo - synthesis-based 3D reconstruction. This is to address X-ray inspection of double-sided boards with high pack- age densities. With the X3 system, MATRIX is offering a combination of an optimized test platform with high- speed transmission and selectively used 3D techniques where needed. Sunnyvale, CA — Alpha and Omega Semiconductor (AOS) has introduced its AONE36132, a 25V N-channel MOSFET in a dual-DFN 0.13 x 0.13 in. (3.3 x 3.3 mm) package suitable for synchronous buck converters. The AONE36132 is an expansion of the


hole device inspection. The FX-942 AOI is highly effective for selective sol- der, post-wave and connector inspec- tion and has a picture-in-picture (PinP) feature, off-line programming to maximize machine utilization and real-time SPC monitoring to provide yield enhancement. The FX-942 AOI is MES/Industry 4.0 compatible. Its 3.9 in. (10 cm) clearance


allows final assembly inspections of tall components. The system can also be configured with proprietary UV lighting for automated confor- mal coating inspections. The Nordson YESTECH FX- 940 ULTRA 3D AOI with cutting-


edge 3D technology is suitable for the inspection of solder defects, lead defects/lifted leads, component pres- ence and coplanarity of chips, BGAs


and other height-sensitive devices.
