un pacient nu a obţinut RVR, 23 (19,7%) au avut EVR, iar răspunsul la sfârşitul celor 48 de săptămâni de tratament a fost evidenţiat la 6 pacienţi (5,1%), dar toţi aceştia au avut ulterior recădere. Un singur pa- cient a obţinut răspuns virusologic susţinut. actualele condiţii economice ale sistemului medical din România selecţia pacienţilor care au cea mai bună şansă de RVS, precum şi a regimului de tratament optim ar trebui să devină un obiectiv al oricărui clinician cu experienţă în managementul hepatitei cronice cu virus C. n
